My journey in healthcare began in 2003 when I became a Certified Nursing Assistant. I later worked as a Patient Care Technician at Chippenham Medical Center, where I gained valuable hands-on clinical experience and developed a strong passion for caring for others.

As a single mother determined to continue my education and advance my career, I completed Medication Aide training and became a Registered Medication Aide. My experience working in Assisted Living facilities, strengthened my skills in medication management, resident care, customer service, leadership, and teamwork.

I continued my education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Today, I use my education and real-world healthcare experience to train and prepare future healthcare professionals.

As a Medication Aide Master Trainer, my goal is to provide students with more than a certificate. I want each student to leave my classroom with the knowledge, practical skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed in healthcare. 

I started as a student with a goal-now I have the privilege of helping others reach theirs.
