I Happie Harris know exactly how it feels to want to make a decision in the Health Care field. I started the nursing field in 2003 and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. With that I worked at Chippenham Medical Center as a Patient Care Tech and learned many skills and hands on training to perform my job. After struggling as a single mother of 1 at that time and noticing that I couldn't stop and needed to continue my education, I decided to take the Medication Aide course. With that experience and learning, I became a Registered Medication Aide and was employed at Sunrise Senior Living. There I gained great knowledge, customer service skills, management skills and became a great team leader as a Medication Aide. I learned all of the duties plus more in being a Medication Aide and I was able to apply that knowledge and training in nursing school. Now I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and able to assist and help others learn the skills needed to become a Medication Aide. The training that I offer in these courses are essential to growing and becoming great in the medical field.
